WIPER BLADES

WIPER ARMS
Made from durable carbon steel with a matte black epoxy coating, DFS 4 Series Wiper Arms are built for DFS pivot shafts and tested to 500-hour salt spray resistance (ASTM B-117). Radial arms (11″–32″) offer standard or narrow saddles, wet or dry options, and 360° rotating heads. Pantograph arms (13″–32″) feature a 0.50″ saddle and require a mounting bracket. Both types meet J198 standards.

WASHER RESERVOIRS
Our washer bottles are made from durable High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and come in 70 oz, 140 oz, 3, 4, and 6 Qt sizes. The larger bottles feature snap caps, while the quart sizes include plastic spring caps with a metal spring. Easily convert any bottle for use with a remote fill spout and customize with additional pumps or fittings for multiple spray locations. Compatible with 12V or 24V pumps using spade terminals or Metri-Pack connectors (mates with Delphi 1205 2641).

PIVOT SHAFT
Assemblies include acorn nut, lock washer, knurled driver, rain cap, nut, metal and rubber washers. Available in pin style shafts from 0.75″ to 4.50″ and ball stud levers from 2.000″ to 2.425″

NOZZLES
Choose from durable single or dual jet brass nozzles in 2.90″ or 3.90″ lengths (1/2″ diameter). Wet Arm Kits include nozzle, tubing, clips, mounting nut, and screw for a complete installation.

ELECTRIC MOTORS
Available in internal (WWF style, 10–12Nm) or external linkage (35Nm, 38Nm, 49Nm) options. All motors come in 12V or 24V with RFI suppression and wiring for Coast-to-Park or Dynamic Parking. Custom wiring harnesses and control modules are available, including dual motor synchronization, intermittent wiping, and ground-side switch conversion.
